After making about a bagillion YouTube videos, it’s becoming nearly impossible to think of fun names for new workouts. So from now on, I’m just going to go with the first thing that pops into my head. This whole month has been a mix of crazy exciting news, totally random fun times with the kids and lots of time working on my own bikini body for the Jersey Shore. So that’s it… it’s been a crazy, silly (have you seen my laundry room vlog??), sexy month and this is the perfect workout to stick right smack in the middle of it!

This workout is another challenge from a fellow blogger and FitFluential Ambassador, Courtney. She is the creator of the incredibly popular blog Sweet Tooth Sweet Life, which won a 2012 Fitness Magazine Fitterati Award for Best Personal Trainer Blog.

CRAZY SILLY SEXY CARDIO CHALLENGE (perform each round 3 times):
ROUND 1 (each exercise – 45 seconds on / 15 seconds rest)
– Exercise 1: pushups
– Exercise 2: high knees
– Exercise 3: elbow planks to pushups
– Exercise 4: squat jumps
ROUND 2 (each exercise – 45 seconds on / 15 seconds rest)
– Exercise 1: mountain climbers
– Exercise 2: wall sit
– Exercise 3: double crunches
– Exercise 4: fast feet
