I got a request to do a video on how to get started exercising when you’re a beginner or when you’ve taken a break from working out. Coincidentally (or maybe Universally orchestrated), I was making plans to do a video with my fitness friend, Brendon Payne of SequelLife.com.
Brendon is an authority on new beginnings and starting over. He based his whole business model (and name) around it, so I knew this would the perfect subject for us to tackle together.
We’re both huge believers in a whole health approach. In fact, even though Brendon is a successful fitness trainer, he was still wiping off the sweat from his yoga session when we started the video. (LOVE guys who do yoga!!)
I swear that Brendon and I are on the exact same wavelength… we came up with so many similar ideas when putting together our list for you. Our tips include several fitness tip for beginners; meditation for beginners, mantras for beginners, easy exercises that are perfect for all levels and simple tasks that will increase your energy and help you to lose weight.
