ok, here’s one pic from Sunday before our ’80s Crossfit workout
I don’t know where Danny J and I got the energy on Monday morning to make a video for you guys, but we managed to kinda sorta pull ourselves together enough to make it happen. I guess we were still super inspired and amped by all the amazing women we got to hang with all weekend.
GO SWEAT YOURSELF WORKOUT DETAILS:
– Rear cross lunges (10 reps each side)
– Low plank alternating hip twists (10 reps each side)
– Pop squats (15 reps)
– Plank kick twist, knee tuck, frog jump combo (5 reps)
