A LITTLE BACKSTORY: I was given the honor of being a keynote speaker at a Mindful Mom Revolution event where I spent a morning with a group of amazing women. Some were teachers, some were students. Regardless, you could probably relate to them. I saw the weight of the world on their shoulders. Because in addition to being amazing, they were stressed, worried, and overwhelmed.

And after I shared it with the audience, I felt like I was floating away from the podium. Not because I had solved all their problems, but because I had taught them my system for tapping into your inner clock and getting what you truly need to get done.
Although this event was for moms, the system applies to anyone with a lot on their plate. And that’s what compelled me to pull everything I shared during my talk and create something special just for you.
