I'm a busy mom and meditation guide who manages my "motherload" with easy-to-use methods you're going to LOVE. Start by picking up my FREE mini-workshop for anxiety — I guarantee you'll feel better FAST!

I want to introduce (or re-introduce) myself and this place of ours to you, welcome you all the way in, and ask you to stay awhile. Because so much good is on the horizon.

My name is Rebekah (friends call me Bex). My biggest and most important job is being a mom to five children. My oldest is graduating from college in 2020, and my youngest will transition from kindergarten to first grade at the same time.

I’m a meditation guide.

This means you’ll learn how to connect with yourself and find peace and calm just by hanging out for some quality quiet time with me. I’ll guide you through experiences where you’ll learn how to create a practice that works for you. And I promise it will be easy (and that it will probably change your life).

I’m a writer.

Of long-winded Instagram posts. Of hilarious (and humbling) moments in parenting. Of questions about things I find awe-inspiring or curious or unjust. Of tales from the trenches of living with anxiety and depression (and the long and beautiful process of self-healing through community).

And also of books for stressed-out humans, and stressed-out humans with children, and little humans who are also sometimes stressed-out about big messy things.

And for real, who isn’t stressed out right now?

So much of what we see, hear, and experience feels upside down and scary. But at the same time, I can feel the air pulsing with electric positivity, unbridled creativity, and endless possibilities.

That’s why I’m so excited about my work as a Mentor for Creative Healers™.

I want to see more of their work in the world, reaching more people, healing more hearts, changing our future for the better. So I help them build bigger platforms, overcome their fear of being seen and heard, and even help set them on the path to writing their first books.

We’re going to gather up all that positivity, creativity, and possibility, and set this world on fire!

So I’m introducing (and re-introducing) myself because this is a brand new beginning to a gorgeous new phase of our relationship.

The theme of this new phase is “joy as an act of resistance.” Which means I’m going to lead with joy while working with you to dismantle anything that would destroy it… broken systems, negative thought patterns, and stale paradigms.

My purpose and mission:

  • help humans who want to make an impact
  • show people how to heal themselves so they can heal others
  • make mental health and wellness tools accessible to all who need them
  • spread laughter and joy in the process of all of it

And now that you’ve read so much about me, I’d love to connect with and hear all about you.
