A couple of weeks ago, Cassey (Blogilates.com) and I put together two full-length workouts for you. I featured a pilates routine on my YouTube channel and Cassey featured a HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout on hers. Each video featured a super-fun Q&A session where we pummeled each other with silly questions and we all got to learn a little more about the fabulous fitness guru, designer and entrepreneur, Cassey Ho.
For those of you who didn’t get a chance to catch the HIIT video the first time around, I did a re-edit to give you just the stripped-down version (no long explanations, just moving & sweating) – perfect for working out with us in real time. Take a one-minute break after the first round, then repeat for two more rounds – full workout: 3 rounds with a one-minute break in between each round (2 total breaks).
