No matter what kind of workout I’m doing, it all comes back to the core. Our middles hold us up, give us strength and keep us standing tall. Without a strong core, almost nothing else works as well (that seems to be true of everything… not just exercise).

‘BEAUTIFUL BELLY’ WORKOUT DETAILS (5 exercises per round):
1 – “belly pooch” leg lifts – 10 reps
2 – toe touch crunches – 10 reps
3 – alternating knee-to-elbow plank combos – 10 reps
4 – alternating plank rows – 20 reps
5 – alternating single-leg alternating “yoga sun flow” – 10 reps
