Today, I am completely in love with my body. It’s the same body I had yesterday, but yesterday didn’t feel the same.
Today, I fed my body delicious healthy food and took it outside for some fresh air. Then, I took it to the gym and did lots of work to make it stronger.
After that, I treated it to healing yoga, deep stretches, more delicious food, and a long hot shower.
Finally, I spent a few moments alone with it, just doing nothing but being grateful that I have a body that allows me to do so much and care for so many.
So even though I have the same body as yesterday, it feels more beautiful, stronger, and more radiant… because I was kind to it. Health, happiness, beauty, and the body you want all start from within.
