There are certain events in our lives that are so painful, so big, that we find it impossible to process them. So many of us have experienced a great loss in one form or another – a breakup, a divorce, an ended friendship, a death.
I’ve heard prayer described as a way to talk to God and meditation as the way to listen, but I believe that meditation and prayer can each be a form of the other. In times of great confusion, worry or stress, there may not be an actual action we can take to solve our problem or take away our grief.
