This has absolutely been the most amazing two weeks of my whole professional life. I’m making my own television show for a network that I absolutely love, working with the most incredible crew that I could hope for, and I’m getting to spread a message that I believe in to even more people around the world. I couldn’t possibly feel more blissed in! I have to admit that with this insane schedule that includes 5 hours in the car EVERY DAY back and forth to NYC, I’m not exercising as much as I should… but I still feel so incredibly healthy and energized.
NYC has the best organic restaurants. I’m loving my lunch every day!
I’m eating well, spending time with amazing people, and I’m taking a small amount of time every single day to think, connect with my Self, and sit quietly with my thoughts and my breath.

I always say that a healthy body starts with a healthy attitude, and what better way is there to foster a healthy mindset than to meditate daily?
