It may be hard for some to believe, but YouTube is a pretty small world. And when it comes to fitness YouTubers, it’s actually quite tiny. Some of the most awesome boys and girls in the game – Cassey Ho, Sarah Dussault, Brad Gouthro, and Amanda Russell – are my pals in real life. We share tips, advice, and even get to collaborate once in while. On any given day, you can see us sending love to each other on facebook or tweeting up another’s newest video or blog. It’s like having the coolest co-workers ever. No competition – just awesome encouragement and motivation. The love is REAL, folks.
It’s been a LONG time since I posted my last workout. I’ve been concentrating a lot on sharing my love for meditation and teaching you how to get fit from the inside out. But with summer fast approaching and production on my new show all wrapped up (Got Zen? premiers on Veria in early April – woop woop!), it’s time to bring back Work It Out Wednesday (at least for today *wink*).
