I often use mantras and affirmations to move through fear and anxiety. What you just read above are a few of my favorites. And I love integrating these messages into meditations for you.
Today’s meditation serves as a gentle reminder that you are capable of doing hard things in the future because you’ve already accomplished so much in your past. Proof that you are awesome and perfectly made!
Think of something that you’re nervous about doing — maybe it’s a job interview, or trying something that you’ve never tried before, or putting your heart on the line for a romantic prospect. Then, do this meditation. I’d love to hear how you feel afterward!
