I’m Rebekah (call me Bex), and I’m here to show you how to find personal bliss, no matter who you are or where you’re coming from. Before you start rolling your eyes, let me explain.
My method is simple — I live and let you watch me do it.
My secret? What’s kind, easy, and sustainable is what’s best.
I’m not into deprivation, quick fixes, or hero worship. I’m not selling the next big thing or a magic pill. I believe that you are your best guru. The Universe has provided me many awesome teachers, but I’m the one who decides what’s right or wrong for me.
I’ll show you how to be your own guru.
But I get it. You’re overwhelmed. I’m right there with you—the kids, the bills, the LAUNDRY! I created a 4-minute meditation practice, because that’s what I needed to fit into my crazy life.
I’ll help you find what works for you.
But first you have to do something. Commit to believing that you already have the ingredients for happiness. And all it’s going to take to find those ingredients are a few simple tools. That may sound strange, especially when the whole world is telling you that the struggle is real and you’re not enough, but it’s true.
Happiness is within your grasp. I promise.
What you’ll find here: Through social media, my YouTube videos, and my TV show Got Zen? on the Z Living network, I invite you to take a peek into my everyday life, my business, and my personal self-care practices. You’ll enjoy health and wellness tips from my expert guests, healing meditations from me, and lots of high-vibration conversations. And if you follow me on Instagram, you’ll see what inspires me daily, including my whole crew of two- and four-legged babies.
